- Flat rate domestic shipping rate is $6.99. - Orders $75+ receive Free Shipping. - All orders ship within 5 business days. - If Local Pickup is preferred, this option must be chosen at checkout. Email notification will be sent once order is ready for pickup. - All orders will be shipped via USPS. A tracking number will be provided once created. - LuxCherie Stuff is not responsible for any packages/items lost and/or damaged while in possession of USPS.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
LuxCherie Stuff reserves the right to make decisions regarding requests for product Returns, Exchanges and/or Refunds on a case by case basis. In the event that LuxCherie Stuff chooses not to honor a request for a Return, Exchange, and/or Refund, the basis for this decision will be communicated to the party that made the original purchase and/or that requested the Return, Exchange, and/or Refund. All service bookings require payment at time of booking. Payments are non-refundable. Limit one reschedule per booking. Arriving to a service appointment more than 15 minutes after the appointment is scheduled to start without giving prior notice may be considered as a no-show, in which case your appointment will be canceled. In the event this occurrs, we may consider allowance of a one-time reschedule.
Booking Process
Please use the "Book a Service" link at the bottom of this page to book. Please be sure to read all of the details provided on the booking page for your service(s) of interst prior to actually booking. Payment/deposit is required at time of booking for all services. All online payments are processed via PayPal. Any remaining balance will be collected at time of appointment. Balance can be taken care of with cash, cashapp, Zelle, PayPal, or card.
Forms
**Ionic Foot Detox and Yoni Steam services discontinued until further notice.** All bookings that include a Yoni Steam and/or Ionic Foot Detox will require completion and submission of the "Yoni Steam and Ionic Foot Detox Intake/Questionnaire" AND "Acknowldgement and Waiver" forms (links below) prior to start of service. It is highly recommended that this be done at least 24 hours prior to appointment start so that no portion of the appointment has to be used for completing, reviewing, and/or consulting. If the Questionnaire is completed and submittmed at least 24 hours in advance, review and any necessary consultation will be done prior to appointment start. This will help us to optimize each client's service time and overall experience.
